Q : Who should be contacted for information, problems, etc. related to the facilities at IC&SR?

A : Yes. A request has to be made to the Facility Office at least two days prior to the event.

A : Yes. Information has to be given to the Facility Office at least two days prior to the event and the user id/passwords will be given accordingly.

A : The details of the facilities available in the different halls are mentioned in our website. https://icsr.iitm.ac.in/conference.php We may not be able to provide items other than those listed there.

A : The Facility Office can be reached by telephone (2257 9790) or email icsrfacility@iitm.ac.in at least one day prior the event.

A : The bill will be sent to the Faculty Coordinator after the event. The payment can be made by a transfer from project funds / cheque / bank transfer

A : The terms and conditions, and the online booking system can be accessed through: https://ioas.iitm.ac.in/HBS

A : No. All bookings are to be made by faculty members of the Institute, even if the event is co-organized with an external organization. No funds/fees should be collected by the external organization during the event.

A : Technical programmes/ meetings/ conferences/ seminars/ workshops, short-term courses, and programmes held for the benefit of the Institute Community
